Woman rescued after being trapped in car in Johnson County

JOHNSON COUNTY, Ind. (February 15, 2015) — Emergency crews are on the scene of a car accident near State Road 37 and Olive Branch Road in Johnson County.

Officials tell us a woman was trapped in the vehicle and taken to Methodist Hospital.

Police are not releasing the condition or name of the woman.

The Indiana State Police Superintendent came across the accident and helped get the woman out of the car.
