(March 2, 2015) – More than 60 Indiana counties have a travel alert for Monday.

The majority of those were yellow travel advisories, meaning drivers are urged to use extra caution because road conditions could be hazardous.

As of early Monday, two counties were under orange travel watches, according to the Indiana Department of Homeland Security map. A watch means conditions are threatening to the safety of the public. Only essential travel (commute to work, emergency situations) is recommended.
