Early morning arrest in Arcadia ties person to murder investigation in Seymour

ARCADIA, Ind. – {May 1, 2015}   A report of suspicious activity to Arcadia Police and the Hamilton County Sheriff’s department Friday morning led to the arrest of one person who is being linked to a murder investigation in Seymour, Indiana.

Daniel L. Combs of North Vernon, IN. was found wondering in the area of West North Street Friday morning when police arrived. Upon stopping him for questioning and a subsequent search the found a substance that later turned out to be crystal meth.

After booking him into the Hamilton County Jail, authorities later learned he was a suspect in a murder investigation in Seymour.

Combs remains in jail while the investigation into both situations continue.
