GREENWOOD, Ind. -{May 1, 2015}   –  On the eve of high school proms  which kickoffs this weekend, local authorities and safety agencies in Greenwood put on a “mock accident demonstration” at Center Grove High School Thursday night to remind students to celebrate their prom responsibly.

The demonstration was the brainchild of the  national ACHE program  that helps students network and learn from their peers and other civic groups and leaders.

With students from the school and community looking on, the demonstration included an accident re-enactment and short talks to remind those in attendance about the perils of driving while texting, drinking and operating a vehicle while impaired.
