Prepare ahead for Saturday’s 500 Festival Mini-Marathon

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (May 1, 2015) – Saturday is the 39th running of the 500 Festival Mini Marathon, and participants have until Friday night to pick up race packets.

Packets cannot be picked up on race day.

More than 40,000 people are expected at the 500 Festival Mini-Marathon Expo, many to pick up race packets, others to browse the more than 80 vendors and exhibits.

The latest in running gear is showcased, like health information, food and healthy events Indianapolis.

Last minute runners can also register at the Expo as online registration is closed.

Packet pick-up:

The Mini-Marathon Expo is open from 10 a.m. - 9 p.m. Friday at ICVA, Halls A & B, 100 S. Capitol Ave., Indianapolis.

Participants need their bib number and a photo ID.

Packets can be picked up for a friend with their bib number and a copy of their photo ID.


The 5K starts at 7:15 a.m., followed by the Mini-Marathon at 7:48 a.m.
