Muncie man accused of repeatedly sexually abusing young girl

MUNCIE, Ind. (May 3, 2015) – A Muncie man is accused of repeatedly sexually abusing a girl under the age of 10.

James Samuel Suttles, 63, was preliminarily charged with two counts of child molesting. He is being held in the Delaware County jail under a $50,000 bond.

According to The Star Press, an affidavit recounted the child’s graphic allegations of abuse. The girl told authorities Suttles would not let her watch TV until she complied with his demands.

According to The Star Press, Suttles denied all allegations. Court records reflect no prior convictions for the Muncie man.
