INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (May 15, 2015)– A Noblesville man was sentenced Friday after he pleaded guilty to distribution of child pornography.

Randolph Felton, 36, was sentenced to 15 years in prison. This is Felton’s second conviction related to child pornography. In January 2013, Felton was convicted of possessing child pornography.

Homeland Security agents learned that a computer traced to Felton, a registered sex offender, had uploaded child pornography to an email account.

A federal search warrant was obtained for the account, and agents confirmed that it contained dozens of video and image files depicting minor children engaging in sexually explicit conduct.

Felton had also been emailing images and videos to others using the email account. Felton had been receiving and distributing child pornography through that account from September 2012 until his arrest in June 2014.

Felton will undergo 10 years of supervised release following his prison term.
