Local author pens anti-bullying book for children

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (May 17, 2015) -- More than 3 million reports of child abuse are made in the United States each year.

For some of us, that's hard to imagine, but it's even harder to explain to a child. That's why author Regina Smith wrote a book to help kids understand what a classmate may be going through.
