HAMILTON COUNTY, Ind. (May 19, 2015) – A former Noblesville pain doctor that was involved in a prescription drug ring was arrested Monday for his second OWI in one week.

Dr. Larry Ley, 69, was arrested in Hamilton County and booked in jail around 12:55 a.m. after an officer stopped him for driving erratically.
