(May 20th, 2015) - Carbs make people cringe because they are usually associated with gaining weight. Registered dietitian Kim Galeaz appeared on FOX59 Morning News to discuss the pros of eating good carbohydrates.
One of the carbohydrates Kim suggests eating are potatoes. One medium sized potato is equivalent to eating a potassium packed banana. Mixing proteins, carbs, and fats helps maintain a well balanced diet.
