Greenwood police search for bank robbery suspect

GREENWOOD, Ind. (June 10, 2015) – The Greenwood Police Department is searching for a man who robbed  a bank Wednesday afternoon.

Officers responded to a report of a robbery at the Huntington Bank at 1267 N Emerson Avenue around 4:20 p.m.

The suspect handed the teller a note demanding money and implied he had a gun.

The suspect is described as a white male, late 30s to early 40s, brown hair, thin build, wearing a black sleeveless Russell Athletic T-shirt and blue jeans.
