PHILADELPHIA (June 21, 2015) — Ten people, including three children, were shot at a Philadelphia block party picnic Saturday night.

CNN affiliate KYW reported that a gunman turned a corner onto the street where a crowd had gathered and began firing.

“It looks like they just fired randomly into the street and hit whoever was in their way,” said Philadelphia police Lt. John Walker. “It’s a terrible situation.”

Victims’ injuries included gunshot wounds to the leg and face. The youngest victim, an 11-month-old, was shot in the neck, according to KYW.

Philadelphia police said all 10 are in stable condition.

Witnesses told the affiliate that a shotgun-wielding man fled the scene.

Investigators said they don’t have a suspect or motive at this point.
