INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (July 23, 2015)– Marion County Sheriff Deputies arrested a convicted killer and child molester who traveled to Indianapolis from northern Indiana.

Richard Dobeski, 67,  was arrested Thursday at the downtown Indianapolis Central Public Library.

Dobeski served time for killing two boys in 1965 and was released in 2007, only to go back to prison in 2008 for molesting a child.

He was released on July 16, 2015, and had until midnight on July 23 to register as a sex offender. He was arrested on four charges of failure to register, all level 6 felonies. He will be extradited back to La Porte County to face his charges.
