Green Wheels & Ham “Sushi”
4 whole-wheat flour tortillas (7-8 inches) or whole-wheat flatbread
4 tablespoons reduced-fat cream cheese or 4 spreadable cheese products
1 pound ham, sliced
1 can (15 ounces) Libby’s Cut Green Beans, drained and rinsed
Lay out one tortilla. Spread with cheese. Lay 3-4 slices ham over cheese. Sprinkle with at least 1/3 cup green beans evenly over the ham, arranging so most will be horizontal and lay flat with rolled/cut. Roll up tortilla tightly and slice into four equal pinwheel pieces. Repeat with other 3 tortillas.
Makes 4 servings.
