ATLANTA, Ga. (July 31, 2015)-- One of the newest Indiana Pacers was arrested in Georgia for going more than a 100 miles an hour on the interstate.
Jordan Hill was pulled over and cited for reckless driving. When a police officer asked hill why he was going so fast, Hill said he was in a hurry.
Hill, a power forward/center, signed with the Pacers in the offseason after playing with the Los Angeles Lakers the past four seasons.
Pacers President Larry Bird issued the following statement:
"We have been informed Jordan was arrested for allegedly reckless driving in Atlanta, Georgia. It is obvious we don't condone this. We will address this with Jordan. This is a major concern of safety, not just for Jordan, but for others."
