INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (August 10, 2015)-- Sorrow and grief in the midst of a prayer circle with people clinging to each other and their faith.
"This is a pain I got to go through the rest of my life for my only son...He was my baby," said Lillian Lewis.
Calvin Lewis, 25, was shot and killed while sitting in his car early Sunday morning on Manor Court. Police think the shooter was in the car with him.
"And we just want justice to be served because the way they took him out of here was not right. Just want the violence to stop, it needs to stop," said the victim's sister, Patricia Clifton.
Police believe the shooting was drug related and say they have good information on the person who was in the truck with Calvin.
They are unsure if anyone else was in the truck at the time of the shooting.
There have been 74 murders in Indianapolis this year.
