NOBLESVILLE, Ind. (Aug. 14, 2015)—An 18-year-old man was arrested shortly after robbing a CVS pharmacy in Noblesville on Thursday, said Noblesville Police.

Shawn Deron Baker, 18, was arrested on charges of robbery, theft and possession of controlled substance.

Officers responded to a report of a robbery at the CVS located on Tegler Drive around 5:09 p.m. Authorities were told the suspect came into the store and gave a note to employees in the pharmacy. The suspect then fled the scene on foot, heading towards a wooded area and into a nearby McDonald’s.

Police said officers located pills in the wooded area. They believe the pills were from the CVS robbery.

Officers found Baker inside the McDonald’s and he was transported to the Hamilton County Jail.
