Florida Orange Maple Flapjacks
- 1 cup 100% Florida orange juice
- 1.5 ounces maple syrup, grade A
- 1 cup buckwheat pancake mix*
- 3 ounces blueberries
Place orange juice in small saucepan and cook over medium heat until reduced to ¼ cup. Add maple syrup and stir to combine. Reserve. Prepare buckwheat pancake according to instructions on package. On a non-stick griddle, divide batter into 4 pancakes and cook as directed. Garnish pancakes with blueberries and serve immediately with orange-maple syrup on the side for dipping.
*You’ll most likely need milk, eggs and oil per package directions.
