FORTVILLE, Ind. (Oct. 1, 2015) – A bomb threat at Mt. Vernon High School led to the arrest of three juveniles, police say.

Officers from the Fortville Police Department, Indiana State Police and Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department coordinated the investigation after someone called in a bomb threat at the school Tuesday.

Police helped administrators clear the building and then swept the school. The building was soon given the “all clear,” allowing students to return.

On Wednesday night, officers executed a search warrant in Indianapolis, where they arrested three juveniles after interviewing them. All three were charged with intimidation and taken to the Delaware County Juvenile Facility.
