Coroner identifies woman struck and killed on Indianapolis east side

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (October 31, 2015) — Indianapolis Metropolitan Police are investigating a fatal accident on the city’s east side.

According to police, a car hit a pedestrian at approximately 11 p.m. at the corner of E. 32nd Street and Arlington Avenue. Once on scene, emergency crews announced the pedestrian was dead.

The victim was later identified as Patricia Wolfla, 52.

At this point, the driver is cooperating with police. Drugs and alcohol were not a factor in the crash.
