Indianapolis police investigate double shooting on near northwest side

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (November 14, 2015) — Police are investigating a double shooting on the near northwest side of Indianapolis early Saturday morning.

According to ISP, the victims were driving in the vicinity of Interstate 65 and Martin Luther King Jr. Street around 3 a.m. when it appears someone in another car fired at them. The suspect kept driving.

The victims drove themselves to a nearby hospital. Police found guns in the victims’ car, but it does not look like victims shot back at the suspects.

One victim is in serious condition, and the other suffered a graze wound and is in good condition, according to Indiana State Police.
