OAK LAWN, Ill. (November 16, 2015) – A Denny’s customer was arrested following an argument about all-you-can eat pancakes, according to police.

Oak Lawn police told WGN-TV that Natasha West placed one $4 order of all-you-can-eat pancakes at a Denny’s restaurant.

West shared the pancakes with her friends, but per Denny’s rules, that is not permitted. A waitress told West that she needed to stop sharing with her friends, and West became irate, according to WGN-TV.

Police say West swore at the waitress and tried to hit her. The group then left Denny’s without paying.

Officers were able to track down West’s car, and she was arrested. She was charged with assault and damage to property. One of West’s friends paid the $4 bill after her arrest.
