IUPUI sends crime alert to students after reported rape at residential hall

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (Nov. 23, 2015)— Students at Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis received an alert after a rape was reported early Monday morning.

According to the alert, an unknown suspect approached the victim, struck the victim in the face and raped them.

The incident occurred around 1:40 a.m. at Park Place, a residential center at 1150 White River Parkway.

A description of the suspect is unavailable.
