4 -5 ounces 100% Florida Orange Juice
4 ounces vodka
1 ounce fresh lemon juice
½ – 2/3 cup ginger beer
Garnishes: fresh mint leaves, orange slices, crystallized ginger piece
Fill two copper Moscow mule cups/mugs with crushed ice or small ice cubes. Divide orange juice, vodka and ginger beer between both mugs equally. Stir lightly to combine. Add a little more orange juice if less alcoholic mule is desired. Garnish as desired. Makes 2 cocktails.
