Expect a dry, chilly but sunny start across the state this Wednesday morning! As much needed sunshine will be with us early before rain advances this afternoon. Although rain will be moving in…temperatures should continue to warm on breezy, southwest winds! Highs this afternoon will reach the middle 50’s, well above the afternoon average high of 38°.

A stronger cold front will pass through the state by this evening! This will begin our slide downward to a colder, more winter feel to round out the workweek…as temperatures slip below average on Friday with flurries. Nothing big in the terms of snow on Friday, in fact, some will not receive anything due to lack of moisture. Another stretch of milder air returns on Sunday, as rain chances not snow chances work back in by Monday.
