NEW CASTLE, Ind. (December 21, 2015) – For the second time in a year, a New Castle man has been arrested and charged with sexual assault at a daycare.

Aaron Douglas New, 35, of New Castle, is being held without bond in the Henry County Jail, and he faces a child molestation charge, a Class C felony.

According to court documents, New molested a three-year-old boy at his mother’s daycare between December 1, 2013, and June 30, 2014.

Court documents also state that the abuse took place in New’s mother’s bedroom, and New told the boy he had to keep it a secret in order to be let out of the room.

In March, New was arrested in a different case. He faces a child molestation charge in that case as well, but it’s a Class A felony. In that case, he allegedly sexually abused a different three-year-old boy at his mother’s daycare facility from January 2012 to April 2013.
