Happy Tuesday everyone! Our temperatures remained steady overnight, in the upper 40s to lower 50s. Thanks to light winds we don't have a wind chill and feel like the actual air temperature!
A front moving through the area has brought another round of rain to Indy this morning. This batch of rain will move quickly eastward clearing out of the state by 10am. Fog will develop in its wake, reducing visibility until about noon. Our temperatures will remain steady through the day, highs near 50.
Over the weekend a stalled system will lift north through the state bringing heavy rain. Several inches of rain are possible by Monday afternoon.
Tomorrow our next system will bring heavy rain, a few afternoon thunderstorms and strong southerly winds. We could break some afternoon temperature records with highs in the low to mid 60s! Our very un-winterlike weather hangs on into next week.
