PLAINFIELD, Ind. (December 24, 2015) - Kids in Plainfield are spreading a simple message today, just be kind.

The group of children are homeless and living in hotels around the area. They formed the group called "Just Be Kind" to help spread hope and joy this holiday season.

They spent Christmas Eve standing outside of the Plainfield Kohl's handing out candy canes that say "Just be kind, it's easy."

The group has now been spreading kindness for two years.
