FORT WAYNE, Ind. (January 25, 2016) – An Indiana servicemember was caught doing a good deed at a Fort Wayne gas station, and now that video is going viral.

Facebook user Kameron took this video at Phil's One Stop gas station in Fort Wayne near the intersection of East State Boulevard and Maplecrest Road on Saturday morning.

Kameron writes in the Facebook post:

“I just had the privilege of watching this selfless young man, without complaint, in the freezing cold, help this elderly woman fill the air in her tires. Thank you, sir, for not only your service to our country, but today, for your kindness to this woman. True meaning of a hero. Please feel free to share.”

The video quickly went viral, and the granddaughter of the woman in the video contacted Kameron Sunday night after recognizing her grandmother.

She told Kameron that her grandmother has not been in very good health lately, and her family is trying to identify the servicemember in the video so they can properly thank the young man.

Thank you to the men and women who serve our great nation and the people in our communities each and every single day!
