A frosty, foggy start this Tuesday morning, as temperatures hold in the middle to lower 30s. Dry weather holding should help to make for an easy morning rush hour too. Some early sun will give way cloudy skies this afternoon, while rain chances increase from the south and west. It will be a slow climb in temperatures too. Although the forecast high is 59°, this temperature will not be reached until around 7 p.m. this evening. Look at the planner below:

The evening rush will be wet and even stormy in spots, as heavier downpours will be expected and winds turn gusty! The severe storm threat remains in play this evening for the southern half of the state, including Indianapolis.

Regional EURO RAINcast

Strong to damaging wind gusts will be possible, as winds could top 60 mph, in a FEW storms tonight. Rain and storms will exit the state by 1 a.m. and colder air will flow in for Wednesday. A few snow showers tomorrow by the afternoon and evening and colder temperatures could make for a few slick spots Thursday morning.

Winter's feel won't return until Monday or Tuesday of next week! Until then, only one day this week looks to be below average in temperatures, as the mild winter rolls on.
