Highs in the 40s this weekend, arctic air returns next week with snow chances

Happy Saturday! It is a cold yet seasonal start to the weekend with temperatures in the 20s and frosty conditions. You are waking up to calm winds that will remain light throughout the day out of the southwest.

Sunday will be even warmer as we top out near 50º thanks to some strong southerly winds! The Broncos and Panthers will be playing in some outstanding weather tomorrow during the Superbowl! 2016-SUPER_BOWL

Enjoy the warmer conditions this weekend as arctic air returns to start off the work week. Temperatures on Tuesday will be running around 16 degrees below normal only reaching the mid 20s. Strong northwesterly winds will make us feel like the teens all day! Bundle up!

The arctic air will stay with us through Thursday keeping our afternoons in the 20s and our mornings will be bitterly cold. We are also looking at some accumulating snow possible Monday and Tuesday. It won't be the steady all day snow, but periodic snow squalls causing reduced visibility at times.
