INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (Feb. 14, 2016)--New at 9:30 p.m.
A Winter Weather Advisory is in effect through 4 a.m. Monday. Flurries or areas of light freezing drizzle may develop tonight which will continue to make travel hazardous. Here's a look at some of the snowfall totals we've received.
This falls in line with our forecast in that most areas across central Indiana saw 1-3 inches of snow with pockets of 4 inches. Tonight will bring rising temperatures as we pick up a southeast wind 5-10 mph. Lows will be around 22
degrees and rise to the upper 20s by daybreak Monday.
Temperatures Monday afternoon will be in the upper 30s with a southwest wind shifting northwest 5-10 mph. Another quick shortwave will move through Tuesday bringing a chance of snow early then a rain/snow mix.
Winds will increase at 15-25 mph with higher gusts as we go into Friday with a significant warm up. Highs on Friday will be in the upper 50s with a chance of rain. --Danielle Dozier
