INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (February 28, 2016) –USA Football, the national governing body for ammeter football, is holding the nation’s largest event focused on youth and high school football player safety this weekend at the Indiana Convention Center.

More than 650 youth and high school coaches, athletic directors, commissioners and senior administrators from across the United States are gathering in Indianapolis this weekend. They’re hoping to get insight into the latest research, best practices and recommendations for better and safer play.

USA Football sponsors the “Heads Up Football,” program, which more than 1,200 high school and 70 percent of all U.S. youth football organizations participate in.

Heads Up Football provides coaching education and training to promote healthier and safer play.
