Happy Saturday! A clipper is making its way through the region bringing a light rain/snow mix to the state this morning. No new snow accumulations are expected from the system. As we head towards the lunch hour temperatures will warm above freezing and any precipitation will change over to rain.
Highs this afternoon will be right at normal in the upper 40s. Winds will become breezy and shift out of the north behind a cold front around midday. As the front moves through Indiana scattered light rain showers are possible in the afternoon and evening hours.
We get a brief dry period Sunday and Monday with partly cloudy skies before rain chances return for the rest of the week. It will also be feeling like April through the work week with highs in the 60s!
Flooding will be a concern across the state as several disturbances bring multiple rounds of rain next week.
