Police seek woman in connection with January armed robberies

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (March 22, 2016) – Police are looking for a woman wanted in a pair of January armed robberies.

Police said the woman robbed the Chase Bank at 9991 E. Washington St. on Jan. 14, 2016. In that case, she passed a note to a teller that said the bank was being robbed and that she had a gun. She got away with some cash and left in a silver Mazda with Indiana handicapped license plate D862QG.

The same woman robbed Allied Cash Advance, 7350 N. Shadeland Ave., on Jan. 20. A man armed with a handgun accompanied her during that robbery. Police said the pair left in a stolen Kia Spectra that was later recovered at 7554 Bayview Club Drive.
