(June 27, 2016) — The Madison County Prosecutor’s Office said charges against Peavler were dropped. ALEXANDRIA, Ind. (March 28, 2016) – A Madison County man is accused of molesting three different children.

According to court documents, Edward A. Peavler, 66, molested a boy and two girls. The victims told detectives about the abuse during interviews conducted at Kids Talk child advocacy center.

The boy said Peavler molested him and “told him he would kill him if he told police,” according to court documents.

A second victim said she was sleeping and woke up to find Peavler molesting her. The girl told investigators she witnessed Peavler assaulting a third victim.

One of the victims said Peavler would “tape their mouths, hands and feet.” In at least one instance, he taped a victim to a wall.

Peavler denied the allegations, according to court documents.
