Police: Columbus councilman repeatedly exposed himself through uncovered windows

COLUMBUS, Ind. (March 28, 2016) – A Columbus councilman is accused of repeatedly exposing himself through open windows.

According to Indiana State Police, an investigation into Dascal Bunch, 61, of Columbus, began on January 17. The Columbus Police Department called the Indiana State Police to investigate the case due to the fact that he was a councilman.

According to police, there were three separate incidents in which Bunch allegedly exposed himself through uncovered windows in his residence to people who could easily view him through the windows from outside and from neighboring houses.

The incidents occurred in March and November of 2015 and January 12 of this year.

Bunch was charged with indecent exposure on March 17.

Bunch was cited into court and given a court date of April 4th at 11:00 a.m.
