Pay It Forward Challenge: And the winners are..

(April 18, 2016)- Congratulations to the Pay It Forward Challenge winners!

The grand prize of $5,000 was awarded to Sara Woolum, a 7th-grader whose mission is to raise money for Madison County Sexual Assault Treatment Center, a hospital facility that helps children who were victims of sexual abuse. The money will be donated to the facility.  Read Sara's story here.

An award of $2,000 was given to the runner-up, Jenny Lear, who will donate the funds to the Ten West Center of Performing Arts. Lear has been raising money to restore an old building to give youth in the community a place to be creative through art, music, dance and more.  Read Jenny's story here.

A $1,000 donation will be given to the Ronald McDonald House by Jessica Holden McIntosh. Following the death of her son, Jessica says the organization offered tremendous support. Since then, Jessica has raised money to help families going through similar situations. Read Jessica's story here.
