Frontrunners keep leads in upcoming Indiana primary

Marion County saw 22.69 percent voter turnout

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (April 24, 2016)–A new CBS News Poll is showing Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton leading ahead of Indiana’s May third primary.  This as the candidates turn their focus not only to the Hoosier State but to five primaries this Tuesday.

The lead narrows for Donald Trump in the CBS News tracker poll. .

Trump – 40%

Cruz – 35%

Kasich – 20 %

Margin of error of +/- 6.6%

The CBS News tracker poll indicates the race remains tight for Hillary Clinton

Clinton – 49 %

Sanders – 44 %

Margin of error of +/- 8.2 %

Delaware, Rhode Island, Pennsylvania, Connecticut and Maryland all hold primaries this Tuesday.
