Bernie Sanders speaks at campaign event at Purdue University on April 27, 2016

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. — According to Fox News, the Bernie Sanders campaign is laying off “hundreds” of people.

The news comes as Sanders tries to gather support in Indiana by targeting college age voters at Purdue University and later at Indiana University.

Sanders lost four of five states in yesterday’s primaries, making his path to the Democratic nomination even more difficult.

Sanders told a crowd at Purdue this morning that he has no plans to exit the Democratic race.
