INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – Downtown Comics in Castleton turned into a super hero party over the weekend with Spiderman and Wonder Woman and an incredible boy named Jack!

They were all at the store for a benefit to help other kids like him.

"We cannot thank everybody enough for the outpouring of support we've gotten since Christmas,” said Jack’s mom Shannon Gaal-Weaver.

We first met Jack last Christmas. He was born with a rare genetic condition that causes seizures, and his life hasn’t been easy.

A family friend came up with the idea to send Jack Christmas cards to cheer him, and the idea took off.

"Jack received tens of thousands of cards Christmas cards from all over the world... they also received thousands of dollars in donations,” said Jared Davis, Jack’s friend.

So on Saturday Jack and some of his closest friends wanted to help give back to so many that helped them by teaming up with Downtown Comics, one of Jacks' favorite stores and one of his biggest supporters.
