3 men convicted in north side home invasion lose appeal
INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – Three men convicted in a violent home invasion on the city’s north side have lost their appeal to have their sentences overturned.
Michael Pugh, Demetre Brown, Alexander Dupree and Adrian Anthony were sentenced to hundreds of years in prison in the case after being convicted of several counts of rape, criminal deviate conduct, carjacking, criminal confinement, aggravated battery and robbery.
This week, an appeals court cut Brown and Dupree’s sentences by 30 years, but they will still be in prison for more than 200 years.
Pugh did not have any time taken off a 318 year sentence.
We’re waiting for a judge to make a ruling on Anthony’s appeal.
