Here we go again, showers arrive for the evening commute Thursday and this will mark the 11th day out of 12 this month with measurable rain.  Through 5 pm .18" of rain has fallen, a amount that will rise before rain ends later tonight.

Since May 1st 2,63" of rain has fallen and dating back to the 26th of April 4.79" of rain has been recorded officially for Indianapolis. That ranks 10th wettest ever for the dates.  Weather records date back to 1871, 145 years.

A cold front is passing just after 4:30 PM Thursday and showers and thundershowers are increasing. Rain move eastward the rest of the evening exiting the state before 12 AM.

A beautiful Friday coming with dry time and sunshine.   The temperature will recover to 67° and we will enjoy only the second rain-free day of may 2016.

A new cold front bring rain with it and is expected to pass before sunrise Saturday.  Rain will return late night Friday and into early Saturday morning then diminishing for ht rest of the day.  Much cooler air will spill into the stat this weekend, keeping temperatures at early April levels.

It is still looking like we will dip to the upper 30s here for Sunday morning!  Skies will be partly to mostly Sunny Sunday and rain free as well!
