Bloomington police search for suspect accused of groping woman

BLOOMINGTON, Ind.– Bloomington police are looking for a man who groped a woman as she was walking home.

The woman said after a cab dropped her off at her apartment, a stranger grabbed her from behind, groping her butt and breast. She was able to get away from him and run to her apartment.

Police say they did not find any suspects, but they are hoping to locate surveillance video of the incident from the area.

According to police, the suspect is described as an Hispanic male. He spoke Spanish to the victim. He’s believed to be about 5’4″ and in his late 30s to early 40s.

He was wearing a light green or tan baseball hat and a black windbreaker.
