INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – Even though school is out for the summer, parents no longer have to worry about their kids missing out on school meals.

Starting today, Indy Parks will provide daily delivery of meals to various sites through the Summer Servings program.

Through this program, youth ages 18 and under receive free nutritious lunches during the summer months. Some meal sites will offer breakfast and lunches. In addition to Marion County, cities around Indiana and in other states are participating.

Last year the program served 240,000 meals.
