Two people shot in less than an hour in Indianapolis

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. — Two separate shootings overnight injure two people in Indianapolis.

The first shooting took place around 11 p.m. Saturday night. It happened in the 3100 block of N. Sherman Drive. Aggravated Assault detectives responded. The victim was found on the sidewalk and taken to the hospital in serious condition. There’s no suspect information at this time. Police are questioning witnesses.

The second shooting took place around 11:30 p.m. Saturday night near the corner of 33rd Street and Schofield Avenue. The victim was transported to the hospital in good condition.
