INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. --Good Tuesday afternoon! Cumulus clouds are filling the sky this afternoon with temperatures in the 70s at the  3 p.m. hour. Lows this morning were in the mid-60s and it also felt quite comfortable. Here's a pretty view of the sky in Bloomfield this afternoon.

Tonight will be nice with a mostly clear sky and even cooler weather! Lows will sink to the mid-50s with a north wind 5-10 mph. It may be cool enough for a light jacket Wednesday morning. A mostly sunny sky will be with central Indiana Wednesday afternoon with temperatures in the upper 70s.

Meteogram Temperature

Thursday through the weekend will be warmer with highs back in the low 80s. Chances of thunderstorms arrive Friday as another cold front moves through the area.  Saturday looks dry and warm with highs in the low 80s but new model data suggests that an upper-air disturbance will move in Sunday night into Monday. Both the GFS and ECMWF both agree to this so I'll put the rain chances in the forecast. Watching closely though as this falls on July 4!--Danielle Dozier
