INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. --Good Saturday evening! It's been a nice start to the weekend with highs Saturday near 80 degrees and lower humidity. Tonight, look for a mostly clear sky and lows back in the low 60s with light east, southeast winds.
If you're planning on going to the pool Sunday, it's looking good with highs back in the upper 80s. However, the humidity will be higher. We're expecting dew points back in the upper 60s as a warm front lifts across the area.
A storm complex will be moving in from the north late Sunday night into Monday as many of you are sleeping. Plan on the possibility of a couple of severe storms, especially across northern and northwestern Indiana. Storms may produce damaging winds. Heavy rain will also be a threat as storms may produce a quick 0.50 inch.
An additional storm chance will be with central Indiana Monday afternoon as a cold front combines with enough moisture and heating of the day.
A ridge of high pressure will build over the central Plains and Midwest through next week. Look for highs in the 90s Wednesday through the weekend with only small rain chances again next Friday. --Danielle Dozier
