Naked man arrested for public intoxication on Bloomington’s B-Line Trail
BLOOMINGTON, Ind. – A naked man was arrested on the B-Line Trail in Bloomington over the weekend, according to police.
Officers say they found Charles Jackson, 42, sitting naked and intoxicated on a park bench near North Rogers Street and West 7th Street around 3:30 p.m. Saturday.
Police say Jackson’s clothes were laying nearby. When officers asked him why he wasn’t wearing them, he told them he was hot and “f***** up.”
Police say Jackson became belligerent and verbally aggressive, so they arrested him. He was then checked out at a nearby hospital and booked on charges of public nudity and public intoxication.
