PHILADELPHIA – House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) told FOX 59 Indiana Gov. Mike Pence is “a representation of the Republicans in Congress.”

Pelosi is attending the Democratic National Convention.

“There’s not a dime’s worth of difference between Donald Trump and the Republicans in Congress,” she said. “The LGBT community – I don’t have to tell you the  governor’s record on that. I know the people of Indiana may be proud of their governor being on the ticket, but I think for us it brings clarity to the fact of what the Republicans in Congress stand for and how similar that is to Trump.”

Pence campaigned with Trump Tuesday, addressing the Veterans of Foreign Wars, criticizing the DNC for not talking about ISIS during its first night.

“It is extraordinary to think that yesterday in Philadelphia 61 speakers came to the podium and not one of them named ISIS by name,” Pence said.

Pence will continue campaigning across the country this week.
